Stanford's Mixing Things Up
Friday, April 17, 2015The Ivy League California University will now be offering free tuition (yeah, you read that right) to students who's families make less than $ 125, 000 a year.
This takes away such a huge part of the burden of post-secondary education. What a great way to make sure that no talented, potentially world changing students are getting turned away because they can't afford the education they deserve. Way to go, Stanford.
In addition, students who's families make less than $ 65,000 a year will also receive free room and board. I wonder if any other schools will follow suit.
